Group Tax Accountant (In-house), South Coast

A well-recognised, leader in their field are looking for a Group Tax Accountant to take control of the group’s tax affairs. This is an all-encompassing tax role where you will work closely with the Head of tax and the wider finance team. This is a temp to perm opportunity and will consider day rate or FTC with remote working encouraged.

As Group Tax Accountant, you will be expected to manage all areas of taxation, including both corporation and indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing and PAYE. Currently going through an exciting period of international growth you will gain excellent exposure to cross border tax issues.

You will manage the compliance cycle for both UK and international entities, assisting local authorities with any discrepancies that appear, alongside being a main point of contact for tax across the wider group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has had 1-2 in-house positions and has a strong grounding in UK corporation tax.

The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA/ACCA qualified with at least 2 years PQE and have worked in a large multi-national. Candidates straight from practice will also be considered. You must be an ambitious, confident and hard-working individual, comfortable discussing tax affairs across the business.
