M&A Tax Manager, Manchester

This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading specialist tax team at a Big 4 firm in Manchester. The Mergers and Acquisitions tax team advises both corporate clients and private equity houses on all aspects of transaction work including providing tax structuring advice and undertaking tax due diligence. You will work closely with colleagues in corporate finance and transaction services and also liaise with other specialists throughout the firm (both UK and internationally) so strong communication skills are an essential part of the role. Ideally you will be an ACA / CTA qualified corporate tax specialist with some prior experience of M&A Tax probably gained in a Big 4 / Top 10 firm environment, although candidates with a keen interest in specialising in M&A tax without any prior experience will also be considered. You should also be a highly driven, enthusiastic individual with prior experience of report writing.
