Brewer Morris is delighted to partner with a Global Luxury business searching for an International Tax Manager to join the London team.
In this newly created International Tax Manager role, you will work closely with the International Tax Director and Head of Global Tax across a broad range of tax matters. The team is rounded out by two more tax colleagues, providing you with ample support. Some of your responsibilities include:
* Developing relationships across the business as you work with multiple jurisdictions (Europe, Africa, North & South America, Middle East, APAC) providing tax support.
* Collaborating and working with treasury, legal and finance to provide tax support across the business.
* Assisting with
* the implementation and management of a new transfer pricing operating model
* production and maintenance of intra-group contracts, and global transfer pricing documentation in conjunction with external advisors
* the outsourcing of corporate tax compliance and the management of tax compliance on an ongoing basis
* tax risk tracking and management processes across the Group, including preparations for the impact of new legislation and regulation
* restructuring projects and other M&A activity
This is a collaborative tax team so any tax expertise beyond international tax (payroll, VAT, withholding tax, and thin cap) will be advantageous.
Ideally, you are CTA, ACA, or ADIT qualified and have a good foundation of UK and international tax experience. As the Group operates in a broad range of territories, you are not expected to have prior experience in all of them - but some exposure will be beneficial. As a tax professional, you should be eager to develop your knowledge further, collaborate with the team and stakeholders, and build relationships.
In return, you will receive a salary of £65,000-£85,000 plus a 10% discretionary bonus and a host of benefits. The team follow a flexible hybrid working pattern.
Unfortunately, this role will not offer visa sponsorship.
