✨ Key Responsibilities

* Build and strengthen client relationships by delivering exceptional, business-focused tax advice.
* Proactively manage existing clients while contributing to new client wins.
* Lead tax projects to success, ensuring technical excellence and a practical, results-driven approach.
* Maximise value for both clients and the firm, while carefully managing risks.
* Inspire and mentor junior team members, helping them to grow and develop.
* Play a central role in the strategic direction and operational management of the team.

🎯 Your Ideal Profile

* Experienced UK tax practitioner with a strong track record in restructuring tax.
* ACA/ATT/CTA qualified (or equivalent) or holding a law qualification.
* Degree-qualified with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
* Excellent project management skills-able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver top-notch results.
* Familiarity with UK tax compliance is a bonus.
