Tax Transformation Manager - Leading Advisory Firm
Are you a tax professional with a passion for technology and transformation? Join a rapidly growing tax advisory team that is leading the way in BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2, CbCR, and other regulatory changes.
The Role
As a Tax Transformation Manager, you will help clients navigate evolving tax regulations, implementing innovative technology solutions to streamline tax compliance and reporting. Your role will focus on:
* Leading Pillar 2 and tax transformation projects
* Designing and improving tax data management and reporting processes
* Advising on technology solutions to enhance tax function efficiency
* Engaging with senior stakeholders across tax, finance, and technology teams
What we looking for
* Strong experience in tax compliance, technology, or transformation (in-house or professional services)
* Strong knowledge of international tax principles and BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and tax technology tools
* Ability to manage projects, lead teams, and drive process improvements
* Passion for tax innovation, automation, and digital transformation
