Part-Time Tax Manager (FTC) - NYSE listed, London / WFH

A rare to market opportunity for a Corporate Tax Specialist to join this NYSE listed business on a part time contract for 12 months.

We are looking for a Director/ Senior Manager grade candidate that would be interested in a 3 or 4 day week role, supporting the junior team with compliance and management and project work.

This opportunity has come to market due to sick leave in the team. The contractor would be required to mentor more junior team members.

* Responsible for supervising and reviewing UK group corporate tax compliance work prepared by the Corporate Tax Accountant
* Project work with external advisors including, Pillar II, Transfer Pricing, R&D, Capital Allowances.
* Reporting and liaising with the US' tax department to assist in their international tax reporting requirements. Ensuring that UK tax is correctly reflected in the group's reported results and appropriate action is taken to deal efficiently with UK tax for US foreign tax purposes
* Working alongside the other Tax Manager on other adhoc tasks including due diligence and tax structuring advice
* Assisting the Senior Employment Tax Advisor on an adhoc basis
* Working with other members of the tax team as necessary

This role offers great flexibility and as such you would only be required to come to office 1-2 days per week. Offices in Central London.
