Transaction Tax Director - Alternative Asset Management Sector

A global leader in risk and financial advisory is seeking an exceptional Transaction Tax Director to lead their high-performing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to shape and drive UK and international tax due diligence and structuring projects for high-profile clients within the alternative investment management and PE funds space.

As a Transaction Tax Director, you will:
• Lead complex UK and international tax structuring and due diligence projects.
• Advise clients with commercially focused, strategic tax solutions.
• Manage and develop a talented team, fostering growth and excellence.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, building strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For
• ACA-qualified or a qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE in tax, including at least 3 years in transactional tax.
• Big 4 or Magic Circle training and/or a CTA qualification is highly desirable.
• Extensive expertise in UK and international tax technical matters related to due diligence and structuring.
• Additional experience in tax compliance and advisory work for alternative investment managers and PE funds is advantageous.
• Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
