Your key responsibilities as the Senior Tax Technology Manager
Harnessing your deep tax expertise and leveraging advanced technology and system enhancements, you will drive innovative solutions that optimise and modernise clients' tax functions. Key responsibilities include leading strategic business development initiatives, integrating emerging technologies, translating complex client tax and business requirements into actionable strategies, and overseeing project teams to deliver tailored tax technology solutions. You will cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across various disciplines and inspire your team by providing mentorship and guidance, empowering them to achieve excellence and deliver impactful, transformative outcomes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates need to bring over 8 years of experience in tax or tax technology consultancy, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. A proven ability to lead, design, and implement cutting-edge tax technology solutions is essential. Candidates should be experienced with ERP systems and tax engines like SAP, Oracle, and OneSource, and possess a strong understanding of agile technologies and analytics tools such as SQL, Power Apps, and Tableau. Deep technical and project management skills are required to successfully deliver large-scale tax transformation projects. Experience within a Big 4 firm or multinational company is highly beneficial. A strong academic background (ACA/CTA or equivalent) will further support your success. Being innovative and proactive in business development, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to leadership and team growth are all key to thriving in this role.
