Your key responsibilities as the Tax Manager with Operations
Responsibilities include serving as the liaison to professional and regulatory bodies, assisting with customer onboarding and periodic reviews through KYC/CDD processes, and conducting due diligence on counterparties and business introducers.
Additional duties involve updating risk and compliance manuals, maintaining registers, organising and conducting staff training on internal policies and regulations, reviewing portfolio risks and order placements, supporting both internal and external audits and managing regulatory reporting and submissions to the Monetary Authority.

Requirements
As the Tax Manager, you will possess a degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field, with experience in tax, audit, and compliance, particularly in KYC/CDD processes required. A strong understanding of Singapore's AML laws and regulations is also essential. You should be known for being detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and an effective team player.
