Tax Technology Director - (Path to Partnership) – Big 4 Firm - Dublin, Ireland

We here at international Tax Search are currently working with a Big 4 Firm in Dublin, Ireland who are searching for a Tax Technology Director who has a broad but extensive knowledge of Tax Technologies to join the group and help drive business growth.

This firms Tax Technology & Transformation team is made up of multiple specialists within a multitude of Tax Technology segments such as Indirect Tax, Transfer pricing, ERP/ Tax engine optimisation and Data extraction. They are searching for a director that will have the ability to work a part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping their clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. By combining tax technical expertise with technology and systems optimisation opportunities, you will drive positive tax transformational objectives on the path to achieving a more efficient tax function for their clients.

A role like this would be ideal for someone who is interested in taking up a leadership role within a Big 4 environment and being the consulting and solutions lead to their illustrious book of clients. This opportunity would give you the ability to be the cornerstone of a Tax Technology practice within a thriving market.

Our client is specifically interested in speaking with people who are preferably ACA/CTA qualified and have experience in working with tax related solutions in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MSFT Dynamics, or other ERP systems) across systems, technology, processes and including but not limited to tax requirements for direct tax, operational transfer pricing, and indirect tax solutions. People with extensive knowledge of multiple Tax functions in relation to Tax Technology; and seasoned within Tax Technology consulting/advisory services who would be able to lead the ERP system transformation projects as a Tax Solution Architect guiding clients through their journey toward cloud-based platforms from a tax perspective.

Interpretation and documentation of client's tax and business requirements to build the optimal ERP (SAP, Oracle, MSFT Dynamics, or other ERP systems) Tax design would also be an integral part of this role. This opportunity would give you the ability to build your professional network and manage current client relationships to identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
