Senior Indirect Tax Consultant (M&A) - Amsterdam

Kingpin International is seeking a Senior M&A Tax Consultant to join the Financial Services department of our prestigious client at their office based in Amsterdam.

Your key responsibilities
As the Senior Indirect Tax Consultant within the Mergers and Acquisitions department, you will have a unique opportunity to work with renowned banks, insurers, FinTechs, and asset managers, both locally and globally, on transactional VAT issues. From day one, you will have direct contact with clients and work in international teams, collaborating with foreign colleagues and specialists on extensive M&A projects. Your role also includes supervising and guiding less experienced colleagues while actively contributing to technical consultations and staying informed of industry developments.

Requirements
To qualify for this position, the following requirements must be met:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, although having experience in the financial sector or M&A practice is considered an advantage
- Completion of a master's degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics is mandatory
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English languages is necessary for effective communication
