If you are looking for a role where you will be in a position to work in true partnership with your clients, broadening out your skill set and working on a wide range of advisory projects, this will definitely be worth exploring.

You should be professionally qualified (ACA, CTA, Inspector of Taxes or lawyer) with experience of advising entrepreneurial individuals, owner managed businesses, families and their investment vehicles.

You will work with some clients continually and some on an ad hoc basis but strong client relationship skills and the ability to communicate effectively are absolutely key to success.

The team is small enough that you will be a name not a number. Although the clients are very active, there is a process in play to ensure that each team member has a sensible work/life balance and is well supported both on a day to day tasks but also to progress.
