Offering tax compliance services to HNWIs, partnerships and trusts, this team deals with the completion of highly intricate tax returns, as well as liaising with HMRC to manage tax enquiries. A good portion of the work revolves around non doms, for example structuring their arrival in the UK, consideration of the statutory residence test and advising clients on how to manage their assets tax effectively in the UK and overseas. As well as UK income tax, they handle the necessary compliance for capital taxes, residential property, trusts and advise on charitable giving.

The role is varied and there are no 2 days alike. It will suit a seasoned UK tax professional who enjoys getting to the bottom of a challenging tax issue and ensuring that the client’s tax affairs are managed effectively and are compliant in the applicable tax jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified and experienced at dealing with chunky tax technical compliance and building credible relationships with their clients and HMRC.
