As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be part of the delivery team focussing on business tax compliance services to a wide range of businesses, OMBs and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of corporation tax returns.
Client communications in respect of their tax affairs including drafting letters and emails and speaking to clients on the telephone.
Assisting the corporate tax manager and partner with tax consultancy work, focused on corporates and OMBs.
Assisting with tax advice, planning and deal support on corporate finance transactions.
Company secretarial work and administration, to ensure statutory books are up to date and relevant paperwork is prepared and submitted.

Skills:

CTA, ACCA or ACA Part Qualified or Qualified
Or AAT / ATT Qualified
Experience gained within a professional services firm in a mixed tax or business tax environment
Good knowledge of business tax compliance
