US/UK Tax Senior (Dual Handler)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading firm who has an excellent reputation in this unique area of Taxation.

The overall responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of clients, delivering quality compliance and advisory services to both clients and Partners and identifying opportunities to cross sell the firm's services

Responsibilities:

Act as account manager for a portfolio of expatriate tax clients within the Expat Team.
Provide technical guidance to staff and to resolve major technical problems when instructed by clients.
Recognise opportunities for cross-selling of services and "adding value".
Act as mentor to more junior members of the team and assist in their training and development.
Keep up to date with technical developments of tax law in the US and in the UK.

Skills:

Comprehensive UK and US personal tax knowledge including an understanding of the interaction between the tax law of both jurisdictions.
Any of the following preferred: ATT / ACA / CA / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA) / IR Enrolled Agent
