An exceptionally rare part-time opportunity has arisen for an employment tax manager to join a FTSE-250 organisation. This role will see you joining a small, highly collaborative team of 4 and have overall control of all employment tax matters in addition to working with the remuneration committee on rewards.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of employment tax payment and reporting for the UK an Europe. Supporting overseas teams to make sure localised advisers/teams are reporting correctly
- Forming a close working relationship with tax authorities for any employment tax or share scheme enquiries, in addition to handling audits
- Utilizing advisers on reward matters
- Working with the Head of Tax to promote tax visibility across the group and participating with on-going finance projects
Requirements:
- Qualified tax professional with at least 5-7 years PQE, either in-house or in practice
- Up to date employment tax knowledge in addition to exposure to rewards/share schemes
- Experience of share scheme reporting is highly beneficial
- International exposure would be beneficial
