Leading pharma company seeks Indirect Tax Lead.
Your new role
The contract will initially be for 3 months (but very likely will be extended)
* The key focus will be on static data remediation
* Ensuring the tax tables in D365 are complete (for all indirect tax reporting - VAT and EPR)
* Ensuring the tax tables accurately reflect the trade flow bible produced by EY and give the correct tax determination
* Ensuring movement of own goods are accurately identified and captured in the reporting
* Work with Finance and the Business on any trade flow or complex VAT queries
* Potential extension to help with implementation of tax calculation service within D365 or another suitable tax engine
What you'll need to succeed
* CTA / ACA qualified
* Plenty of in-house experience
* Excellent stakeholder engagement
* Pharma experience would be nice but experience in an industry with movement of goods across the EU would also suit.
