Are you a UK or EU qualified lawyer?
Do you have experience advising on a broad range of tax issues (including transactional M&A)?
This is an opportunity to join a growing tax liability insurance business with operations across London and Europe.
You will be part of an established team that provide complex and bespoke tax insurance solutions in respect of M&A transaction or stand-alone liability (e.g. group reorganisation).
In this role you will strengthen your commercial skills, negotiating with brokers, whilst developing your technical skills across a variety of taxes.
There is an opportunity for progression, with support, into a head of position in the future.
The successful applicant will be post qualified and have a depth of tax advisory experience from either a law firm, accounting firm or in-house.
Salary on offer for this position is between £150,000 and £180,000 per annum, bonus in addition.
