Your key responsibilities as the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
In this role, you will lead client engagements, providing strategic advice on transfer pricing policies that align with evolving business models. You will be responsible for conducting functional analyses, benchmarking studies, and preparing transfer pricing documentation. Additionally, you will identify planning opportunities in line with OECD and Singapore regulations, collaborating with regional and global teams to drive complex transfer pricing projects. Your responsibilities will also include managing transfer pricing audits, Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP), and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA), as well as leading cross-border value chain transformations to optimize business structures. You will oversee and mentor a diverse team to ensure excellence in service delivery.

Requirements
We are seeking highly skilled professionals from developed markets such as the US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, or other European countries. The ideal candidate will have experience managing regional transfer pricing (TP) projects, including TP documentation exercises and regional TP model design. Strong expertise in TP dispute resolution, including handling TP audits, APA, or MAP, will be highly valued. A background in complex advisory work, such as designing TP models for intricate business structures and transactions, is also desired.

Alternatively, we welcome applications from professionals in the Asia-Pacific region with 7+ years of experience at a Big 4 firm, provided they hold a degree from a reputable university or possess a recognised professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, or CFA.
