Your key responsibilities as the Senior Transfer Pricing Associate in Financial Services
As a Senior Associate in the Financial Services function, you'll be part of a team of experienced problem solvers, helping clients navigate complex business challenges from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include supporting managers in transfer pricing tasks, such as conducting functional analysis interviews, performing benchmarking studies, and analysing client issues for documentation purposes. You'll recommend planning opportunities, review inter-company agreements for compliance and risk mitigation, and assist clients in implementing transfer pricing arrangements in collaboration with their tax or finance teams. Additionally, manage transfer pricing audits, and support senior team members on MAP or APA cases, including cross-border business restructuring projects.
Requirements
To be considered, candidates should hold a degree in any discipline, along with a relevant post-graduate or professional qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, or Law. Senior Associates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in TP matters for financial services clients or financing transactions. Strong technical competency, time management, and project delivery skills are essential, along with adaptability to work with various clients and teams. An SCTP accreditation is a plus, and a strong academic track record, involvement in co-curricular activities, and leadership skills are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical skills, proactivity, independence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both as a team player and an independent learner.
