Our client is a leading top 10 accounting firm and is currently looking for Corporate Tax Associate Director for the head office in Surrey. You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding tax compliance and advisory services, working in a team that values individuality, collaboration, and innovation, while making a positive impact on your career, team, and clients alike.

About the Role
As an Associate Director, you'll join a high-performing tax team in the South region, collaborating with fantastic clients, including owner-managed businesses, middle-market organisations, and large multinational groups. You'll accelerate your skills and knowledge in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment while leading on exciting projects and initiatives.

The Day to Day:

* Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on compliance and tax planning matters.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert solutions tailored to their needs.
* Playing an active role in business development, including proposals, networking, and identifying growth opportunities.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
* Staying updated on market trends and leveraging the firm's breadth of capabilities to enhance client outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent (CTA qualification is advantageous).
* Extensive experience in corporate tax, with a mix of compliance and advisory expertise.
