Your key responsibilities as the Tax Technology Director
By combining deep tax expertise with cutting-edge technology and system enhancements, you will spearhead innovative solutions to streamline clients' tax functions. Your core responsibilities will include leading business development efforts, leveraging emerging technologies, translating complex client tax and business needs into effective strategies, and managing project teams to deliver customised tax technology solutions. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across diverse disciplines. Moreover, you will inspire and mentor your team, empowering them to excel and deliver transformative results.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have over 10 years of experience in tax or tax technology consultancy, with a proven ability to lead and implement innovative tax solutions in ERP systems or tax engines like SAP and Oracle. Proficiency with analytics tools such as SQL, Power Apps, and Tableau, along with expertise in managing complex tax transformation projects, is essential. A strong academic background (preferably ACA/CTA qualified), experience with Big 4 firms or multinational organizations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, growth-focused mindset are key to excelling in this position.
