Your key responsibilities as the Transfer Pricing Director
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their Transfer Pricing strategies align with global standards. You will lead business development and marketing efforts to drive the organisation’s growth across Europe and globally. You will oversee Transfer Pricing engagements worldwide, skillfully navigating complex challenges. Additionally, you will inspire and lead our talented team, fostering a culture of excellence, while providing mentorship and training to develop and empower junior team members, ensuring a strong, cohesive unit.

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with at least 10 years of dedicated experience in Transfer Pricing, gained within a large accounting firm, law firm, or multinational company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams in a consulting environment, consistently setting high standards of excellence. A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Law is required, along with demonstrated expertise in managing and executing complex Transfer Pricing projects. Additionally, experience delivering quality work for multinational clients in a mature marketplace is essential, showcasing a strong global perspective.
