Your role will include:

* Leading teams to deliver tailored, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced, international deals market.
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships, leading client engagements, and developing multidisciplinary solutions.
* Overseeing successful project delivery, including financial performance.
* Shaping the strategic direction of the transaction tax team, driving growth and innovation.

What we're looking for:

* CTA qualified with post qualification experience in house or in the profession.
* Extensive experience in M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
* Strong knowledge of indirect, transfer, and international tax principles.
* A proven track record of building relationships, winning client engagements, and growing business opportunities.
