Corporate Tax Senior Associate job at a leading boutique firm based in central London looking for a qualified corporate tax specialist, paying up to £65,000.
This boutique firm in the city are looking to expand their tax advisory business by adding a Senior Consultant to their already well established. This firm provides services and products such as tax advisory services, valuations and risk and transparency to a broad range of clientele including private equity houses, hedge funds and multinationals. Further to this, as an advisory firm, they act across over 25 countries and therefore there will be opportunity to get involved in international aspects of taxation.
As a Corporate Tax Senior Associate you will be part of a team offering tax advise on a broad range of issues including buy and sell side diligence, transaction structuring and restructuring, international tax, transfer pricing and general corporate tax matters. Within your role you will take responsibility for your own client portfolio whilst working directly with senior members of the team to provide a broad range of tax advice. Further to this you will support the team when managing juniors.
For this role, you will be an experienced corporate tax specialist working within the profession. Ideally you will be either ACCA / ACA or CTA qualified and have some exposure to corporate tax advisory.
