Tax Associate - Law Firm (Accounting Backgrounds Welcome)

About the Role:
As a Tax Associate, you will be part of a team working on a broad array of complex tax matters, both domestic and international. With a focus on M&A tax, tax planning, and advisory work, you will engage in both transactional and strategic advisory projects across a wide range of industries. Your role will offer significant exposure to cross-border transactions, tax structures, and tax dispute resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include advising clients on tax-efficient structures, navigating complex transactions, and offering clear, commercially-focused advice. You'll be expected to contribute to the firm's business development efforts, working closely with senior partners and clients to help expand the practice.

Key Skills and Experience:
* Qualified solicitor, chartered tax advisor, or chartered accountant with experience from a leading international law or accounting firm.
* A strong background in both tax planning and transactional tax work.
* Exceptional technical knowledge and development potential.
* Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* A proactive, client-focused approach with a drive for business development.
