We’re seeking an experienced and proactive International Tax Manager to join the global tax group. In this impactful role, you’ll work within a dynamic tax business partnering group, offering strategic guidance across multiple jurisdictions. This is a pure Tax advisory position (no compliance), focused on business partnering. Suitable for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager in Big 4 or coming from industry, with a minimum of 7 years advisory experience.

The role delivers expert tax guidance, translating complex tax concepts into actionable insights. It will proactively manage risks and identify opportunities through a blend of agile and traditional project management techniques. It will lead tax-related projects from inception to audit readiness, supporting significant business transformations and international tax planning.

The key to success in this role is to be able to judge which experts and stakeholders to pull into in your projects. Transfer Pricing is a hot topic having implemented a big TP model change recently and there is still some of it to implement and there will defence work.

The role is suitable Steuerberater with 7+ years of experience in direct tax advisory for international groups. Knowledge of transfer pricing and project management skills are also helpful. Fluency in German and English is needed, Polish would be a plus.
