Your key responsibilities as the Senior Tax Associate
As a Senior Associate, you will represent leading Australian companies in tax M&A work, tax advisory services, and client disputes. You will also have the opportunity to engage in significant international tax matters, advising on transaction structuring and addressing transfer pricing issues and disputes.

Requirements
You will bring experience in tax, ideally from a law firm or professional services environment, with a preference for candidates who have a blend of private practice and in-house expertise. You should have a background in managing M&A tax matters and have frequently interacted with clients, providing advice both independently and collaboratively.
