A prestigious accountancy and business advisory firm is looking to recruit an Associate Director/Director to join their large corporate and international tax team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing team in a well-established firm which offers fantastic scope to work with a large variety of clients as well as collaborate with different offices across the UK. You will be able to enjoy a diverse experience, as well as maintain relationships with clients while assisting them with planning and projects.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity for someone at either Senior Manager level looking to step up to Director or a career Senior Manager/Director looking to take on more of a project delivery/team coaching role without the usual business development pressures that often come with roles at this grade. You will join a highly successful team of individuals, and work with clients ranging from the most prestigious and well-established, to those who are starting up, enabling you to see their growth over the coming years.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need to be CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate previous experience of providing corporate tax advisory services, as well as managing people. You will need to be able to take responsibility and ownership of your own work and have the right attitude and aptitude, ensuring you stay up to date with a variety of projects. You should also get real enjoyment out of working with clients, collaborating with other employees, and building relationships along the way.
