Direct Tax Manager - 10 months - to £120k (pro-rata)

Direct Tax Manager interim tax job in London requires an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Senior Manager for this interim tax job in London.

Joining a small tax team for this international business, the role is for 10 months and is to start at the beginning of October going through to the end of July 2025, with the possibility of an extension.

A high level of flexibility is built into this role with it being able to be worked on a 4 days per week basis or 5 days, dependent on the successful applicant's wishes.

Dividing into 3 equal parts, the position is comprised of reporting, compliance and project work, with key responsibilities including:

* Prepare and review tax disclosures for the Group's annual consolidated financial statements; model the Group's consolidated ETR.
* Prepare and submit the UK corporate tax returns using Alphatax.
* Project work will involve internal restructuring from acquisitions and supporting the overseas companies.

To be considered for this role it is key to have tax accounting experience including IFRS and group consolidations, and to be living in the UK in order to be able to go to the central London office 2 days per week.
