Tax Manager (FTC) - West London / hybrid

Pure are partnered with a renowned media client to find a Tax Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. This role is well suited to a corporate tax specialist with strong UK tax compliance and reporting experience (US GAAP reporting experience highly-regarded).

Responsibilities include but not limited to (full role description available upon request)

* Preparation and review of quarterly and annual US GAAP tax reports, including tax calculation templates and SOX 404 documentation.
* Oversee variances between tax provisions and tax returns for international businesses and liaise with finance contacts and external service providers.
* Review and update financial models, including intercompany royalty calculations, and prepare group summaries by business line and territory.
* Preparation and analysis of data for Country by Country reporting.
* Assist with UK tax compliance for entities, including preparation/review of tax disclosures and UK tax returns, and calculation of quarterly payments.
* Manage outsourced international tax compliance for entities, and coordinate BEPS compliance, including notifications for Country by Country reporting.
* Handle withholding tax administration, including preparation of clearance forms, residency certifications, and dispute resolution.
* Manage communication with HMRC, including handling notices and coordinating responses.
* Support various tax projects, including tax audits, transfer pricing, entity structuring, and tax credit claims (R&D).

Located in West London, this role offers hybrid working.
