Corporate Tax Senior Manager - 12 months - In House - to £140k

Corporate Tax Senior Manager tax job in London requires an experienced Senior Manager or Tax Director for this in-house interim tax job in London

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax, the Corporate Tax Manager vacancy requires a top end Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director level applicant, and will involve the management of a Tax Assistant and a great deal of interacting with the company's finance, legal, HR, treasury, CoSec and front end business teams.

This business is international and has investments across the globe, namely in developing countries, which will provide the successful applicant with interesting international tax challenges and offer career development.

The focus of this role is across the compliance, reporting and governance for the business and will comprise of such duties as:

* Overseeing and managing the direct tax compliance and reporting requirements for the whole Group.
* Hands on preparation work of tax disclosures.
* Provide tax input on structures for transactions.
* Prepare TP documentation and implement TP policy.
* Assist in the designing of a risk management framework and develop appropriate risk management controls and processes.
* Partner the business on international tax issues.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have tax compliance and reporting experience along with an international tax experience either from a large corporate and/or a large accountancy firm. It is key to have UK tax experience, and exposure to emerging markets will be an advantage. Tax risk review and management experience is essential in the position.

Hybrid working is on offer with 2-3 days per week to be spent in their central London office.
