M&A Tax Manager - Singapore

Your key responsibilities as the M&A Tax Manager
● Provide M&A and International Tax (IT) advisory services to a diverse range of corporate clients across various industries.
● Advise on local and international corporate tax issues, including cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, and permanent establishment.
● Handle mergers and acquisitions tax matters, such as tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, and post-acquisition restructuring.
● Draft tax advisory memos and reports.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate tax, ideally with an international accounting or law firm, and experience in an advisory capacity is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related business field is required, along with a professional qualification recognised by ISCA; SCTP accreditation is a plus. The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, produce high-quality work, and collaborate effectively with multiple team leaders is essential.
