Your key responsibilities as the Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, fostering relationships, and acting as the main contact throughout engagements. Responsibilities include promoting internal collaboration, identifying client opportunities, and managing project finances. Additionally, the role entails coaching junior team members, conducting industry research, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and ensuring compliance through reviewing inter-company agreements. It also involves assisting with transfer pricing audits, Advance Pricing Arrangements, and collaborating on cross-border projects.

Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or relevant professional qualifications.
● Minimum of 10 years for senior roles, preferably in a public accounting firm.
● Extensive experience in transfer pricing and tax environments.
● Excellent command of English and strong report-writing skills.
● Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Accredited Tax Professional status with SCTP is an advantage.
● Excellent technical skills, commercial awareness, and project management abilities.
● Experience in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm is preferred.
