Unique Opportunity - Managed Services Tax Senior Manager

Our Big 4 client offers their clients an outsourced group tax function that spans multi-service, multi-year, end-to-end tax compliance and advisory solutions.

Our client is expanding their Business Partnering capabilities in this area and need talented professionals who understand in-house tax processes. As a Business Partner, you'll act as an extension of their clients in-house tax or finance teams. You'll be the face of the Managed Services solution, working closely with clients to understand their businesses and provide practical, business-specific tax advice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day tax matters.
* Proactively engage with key client stakeholders to discuss new projects, business updates, and technical insights.
* Identify and act on tax changes affecting clients, offering practical recommendations.
* Provide tax technical support and manage compliance obligations, tax accounting, and corporation tax returns.
* Oversee and coordinate services, accessing specialist support as needed.
* Lead specific tax projects and help clients manage tax risks.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering their growth and experience.
* Contribute to the growth and profitability of our team.

Who We're Looking For:

* Strong UK corporate tax skills.
* Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, ACCA) or equivalent knowledge and skills.
* Highly developed client service ethos with a flexible approach to meeting client needs.
* Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Skilled in managing and building new business through referrals and networking.
* Effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff.
