Interim Senior Tax Manager (Transfer Pricing) - Hybrid working - to £800 per day

The Role…

This is an interim Transfer Pricing position, based in the London Head office, reporting into the Group Head of Tax, You will be responsible for the detailed planning and implementation of updated transfer pricing transactions for the group.

Fundamental to the success of the role are pragmatism, stakeholder engagement, project management and problem-solving skills.

The role provides excellent exposure across the business to different finance teams and group functions. The successful candidate will be expected to engage with all areas of the business at various levels of seniority as appropriate.

Main Duties…

* Critically review existing transfer pricing plans (prepared by external advisers)
* Analyse and assess transfer pricing risks by jurisdiction
* Work cohesively with other members of the Tax function to ensure, for example, the correct VAT treatment of recharges, withholding tax clearances have been applied for, tax provisions are reflective of current transfer pricing assumptions
* Be responsible for educating the wider Finance function on the importance of transfer pricing and the implications of not having reasonable pricing in place
* Draft or review (as appropriate) intercompany transfer pricing agreements
* Draft or update (as appropriate) regional Local Files
* Update the Group's Master File
* Oversee the Group's first Country by Country Reporting filing
* Consolidate all ad hoc transfer pricing advice received to date into an overarching cohesive group policy

This role will suit individuals, who are available to start a role at short notice. A hybrid working arrangement will be on offer for this position.
