Interim Tax Consultant - Legal Entity Project, largely remote working - to £140k pro rated

Legal entity rationalisation project requires a senior tax professional who can lead on the tax aspects of this entity restructuring project.

Joining a PLC on an initial 6 months period, largely remote working (within the UK) with the ability to go to the Head Office located in Greater London one day per week, the aim of the Tax Consultant is to be the tax lead on restructuring and the rationalisation of a number of its entities.

Key responsibilities will involve:

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, all of whom are of different disciplines.
* Work through local exit tax charges on the dissolution of identified entities.
* Forming a strong working relationship with the Head of Tax and others in the tax leadership team, regarding the project as whole.

To be considered for this role it is imperative to have worked on the dissolution of legal entities previously and to have restructuring experience. Combined with this are high level communication skills and the ability to liaise with different parties.
