Senior Manager - Corporate Tax Consulting - Big 4

Our client, a leading global international tax adviser to the largest multinational companies operating in the UK, is seeking a Senior Manager to join their dynamic team.

We seek a Senior Manager who will embrace the technical challenges in this field and thrive on building relationships with a diverse client base while developing supportive teams. Candidates must have a proven track record in delivering and managing complex international and corporate tax projects within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain close relationships with a diverse range of clients.
* Deliver and manage complex international and corporate tax projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Shape client accounts and participate in project teams for one-off projects.
* Provide solutions to tax and business issues for high-profile companies.
* Advise on major corporate transactions, both in the UK and internationally.
* Support the audit of tax for major companies.
* Develop and mentor teams, enhancing both technical expertise and client relationship skills.

Requirements:

* A UK professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CTA, solicitor) or an overseas equivalent.
* Significant international and UK corporate tax advisory experience, particularly with complex transactions.
* Experience in tax reporting or tax accounting is desirable.
* Strong analytical skills and a flexible approach, with the ability to work as part of multiple client teams simultaneously.
* Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in project managing and delegating work within a team context.
* A focus on self-development and the development of team members.
