Responsibilities
* Lead the UK employment tax services within the Human Capital Team.
* Deliver diverse tax projects and build strong relationships internally and externally.
* Collaborate with Corporate Tax and Corporate Finance Teams on due diligence reports for sales and acquisitions.
* Identify business development opportunities, prepare proposals, attend networking events, and contribute to tax publications.
* Advise on PAYE risk assessments, CIS, P11Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and employment status issues including IR35.
* Manage WIP and billing for clients, ensuring profitability, and work to budgets.
Person Specification
* Up-to-date technical skills in employment tax, with a proven track record.
* Thorough understanding of UK tax principles.
* Experience in tax advisory matters and report writing.
* Effective communicator, able to explain complex issues to non-tax experts.
* Financially aware, with the ability to manage a client portfolio profitably.
* ACA/CA/CTA or equivalent qualification.
