We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead and build a dynamic VAT services team in Reigate.

Your Role:
* Identify and advise on VAT planning opportunities for a diverse client portfolio.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients on VAT matters.
* Build and lead a team, delegating work effectively.
* Monitor work in progress and ensure team profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
We welcome both VAT specialists and generalists with a proven track record in a Senior Manager or Director role. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, collaborative and proactive in seeking new business opportunities. Experience in developing new work and working closely with audit partners is essential.
