Treasury Manager - West Midlands / Hybrid

Hays are delighted to partner with this charitable organisation who are looking for a Treasury Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
This is an integral position within the organisation- as the Treasury Manager you will:

* Lead and maintain the treasury function for the Charity
* Ensure there is adequate funding capacity and liquidity
* Ensure reasonable capital budgets are set, and key risks are identified and reported
* Monitor actual capital costs against budgets and report risk areas
* Ensure that tight financial controls are maintained
* Prepare and model development appraisals
* Maintain an up-to-date long term cash flow forecast/business plan
* Ensure that all management information is provided to funders in line with the banking covenants

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will:

* Will be a Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACMA, ACCA or equivalent.
* Have proven experience in the areas of financial planning, control and reporting, ideally within the housing/charity sector
* Have previous Treasury experience
* Have the ability to lead on forecasting and budget setting
* Have excellent spreadsheet modelling experience
