Large independent firm seeks an experienced Private Client Senior Tax Manager for a role based in Chesterfield. Will consider a full-time or part time appointment with scope for some hybrid/flexible working. Good quality client based and growing tax team. This firm really punches above their weight class. The suitable candidate for this role will regularly advise on the full spectrum of private client tax advice including the following:
- IHT reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate.
- Implementation and management of trust planning.
- Preparation of Wills.
- Property tax planning.
- Offshore aspects (although not essential).
- Residency and Domicile aspects for HNWs (although not essential).
- Estate planning and administration.
- Review of compliance documents (including trust returns, IHT forms, some personal tax returns for HNWs).
The right candidate for the role will also:
- Autonomously scope and deliver projects to clients.
- Have an important part in the operation of the private client tax planning team.
- Support in business development activities.
The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts, and ideally within the administration of Estates (although not essential). Our client offers scope for some hybrid/flexible working along with exceptional long-term prospects in a growing, award-winning, busy and successful team.
