In the Real Estate Tax team, you'll help transform clients' real estate into valuable assets. Providing diverse business and financial advice, you'll empower clients to make significant decisions for sustainable growth. They serve real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, and the public sector, offering tax structuring, compliance and due diligence services across sectors such as commercial, office, student housing, industrial logistics, retail and hotels.

* Be a Key Player: Work with high-profile clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions ranging from £60m to over £1bn.
* Career Development: Lead and develop junior team members, aligning with their career goals.
* Innovative Projects: Engage in some of the most interesting projects in the market with opportunities for rapid promotion.
* Autonomy: Own your work with support from senior leaders, lead client engagements, and drive business growth.

Flexible Working: Our client understands the importance of work-life balance. They're open to discussing flexible working arrangements, reduced hours and job shares.
Qualifications:

* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent
* UK corporate tax experience, preferably within the Real Estate sector
* Experience in coaching and developing junior team members

Preferred Skills:

* Tax structuring for property transactions
* International tax advice and cross-border due diligence
* Business development and relationship-building with key accounts
* Tax compliance and ongoing advisory services
* Setting up property funds, including UK REITs
