A leading International partnership company, who are renowned for delivering excellent results to clients, are looking for a Head of Partnership Tax to join their team on an 18-month contract to help cover maternity leave. This role will be reporting into the Director of International Tax and will be responsible for leading their tax strategy and compliance efforts globally.


The Interim Head of Partnership Tax will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all international partnership tax-related activities within the firm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international tax management and will be adept at leading a team of tax professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimise the partnership’s tax position
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations in various jurisdictions
• Provide expert tax advice and guidance to senior management and partners
• Manage the preparation and review of all partnership tax returns and fillings
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities across various jurisdictions.
• Provide expert international tax advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of partnership tax returns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the international tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor changes in international tax legislation and assess their impact on the firm.
• Manage transfer pricing and cross-border tax issues.
• Handle international tax audits and disputes.

Requirements:
• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Wealth of experience in partnership tax management
• Proven record of accomplishment in handling partnership tax returns.
• Experience with transfer pricing and cross-border transactions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
