Tax Manager - Financial Services, Asset Management

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Tax Manager with strong UK Corporate Tax experience. Ideally, you will have practical experience of working within one or more of the asset management sub-sectors, but this is not essential.

Your responsibilities will predominantly be focussed on advisory work, helping to manage an established team and providing excellent quality advisory services to a high profile portfolio of both UK and multinational clients, working on:

- Major corporate transactions
- International structuring
- A range of day-to-day UK tax matters and audit of tax work

There will also be opportunities to develop deeper knowledge in particular areas of interest such as:

- Group re-organisations
- BEPs planning
- Divestments & acquisitions

In addition to managing the corporation tax affairs for a portfolio of clients, the appointed individual will lead a team of corporate tax managers and associates responsible for the delivery of taxation services to a wide range of clients.
