International Indirect Tax Manager (in-house, all advisory) - London, to £100k

A global, silver circle legal services company are looking for an International Indirect Tax candidate to join their well-established tax team. This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to work alongside the International Head of Tax, as well as other senior members of the finance team.

This role is purely advisory with some reviewing of the outsourced compliance work. You will have the chance to develop and progress throughout your time at this company as there is a clear progression plan put in place.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility on days in the office.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the EMEA intercompany recharge processes, keeping abreast of changes to the model
- Provide expert advisory services on international indirect tax matters, including VAT, customs duties, and other consumption taxes
- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize indirect tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international tax principles.
- Assist the wider Tax and Finance function on all International Tax matters, researching solutions where required

Experience:

- ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified within Corporate/International Tax
- A good understanding of BEPS and its impact on multinationals
- Previously worked in one of the Big4
- Collaborative with a wider interest in Tax, ready and willing to push the Tax agenda across the wider business
- Adept in project management with good communication skills, especially when dealing with non-Tax personnel
