As a Real Assets Portfolio Tax Manager, candidates will deliver deep tax technical and legal expertise, providing critical context for informed and compliant decision-making.

At this highly respected Accountancy firm the team works with a diverse range of clients, from multinational organisations to entrepreneurs and family businesses. As part of the Deals team, successful candidates will play a pivotal role in managing and driving value post-transaction, collaborating across specialisms to ensure clients succeed at every stage of the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

* Manage UK corporate tax relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on complex tax situations.
* Develop specialist sector and international skills, building the presence in the marketplace.
* Lead client communication, identify key opportunities and risks, and manage risk effectively.
* Mentor and develop junior staff, providing technical and soft skills training.
* Ensure financial management and profitability of client engagements, including budgeting and billing.
* Stay current with technical developments in tax law and legislation, playing a role in team development and training.

Essential Skills and Experience:

* UK professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/legal qualification) or overseas equivalent.
* Substantial experience in UK or international tax advisory
* Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems collaboratively.
* Experience in project management and team delegation.
* Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Commitment to self-development and the development of others in their teams.
