An opportunity has arisen for experienced tax professionals to join as Manager or Senior Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) tax team in a Top tier firm. This dynamic team is the largest specialist unit in the global M&A network, comprising over 130 partners and staff. With a reach extending from Private Equity Houses to Public Sector clients, the team facilitates global transactions across various territories.

About the Role:

The Manager/Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch tax advice on M&A transactions. Working collaboratively with the M&A network, wider Tax and Deals businesses, as well as leading Investment banks and Law firms, the team provides commercial solutions and expert tax advice on complex and high-profile deals.

Services and Products Offered:

The M&A Tax team offers a range of services, including Tax Due Diligence reviews, Tax Structuring advice, Tax Modelling, and Pre and post-deal services. There are ample opportunities within the team to engage in different areas of specialism while maintaining a focus on the broader perspective of any deal or transaction.
Your Role:

* Manage tax advice and implications on a diverse deal portfolio.
* Deliver bespoke tax advice, collaborating closely with M&A specialists and other internal teams.
* Work on a variety of deals, contributing to the success of clients.

Essential Skills:

* Demonstrated experience in leading complex M&A projects for key clients.
* Proven ability to lead and coach others.
* Track record of successfully generating business through converting leads and developing new ideas.
* Proficiency in building and leveraging internal and external relationships and networks.
* Ability to plan and deliver work against tight deadlines.
* Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating and influencing others.

Desirable Skills:

* Working knowledge of Tax M&A processes.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
* Experience in handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
