Our client is one of Europe’s largest independent US tax firms providing services to US high net worth individuals, Fund structures with US connections and International businesses seeking to expand into and out of the USA. The firm has offices in London, Zurich and Frankfurt and wishes to continue its growth through Europe.
Due to increased demand for their services, the firm currently seeks to hire a US Individual Tax Senior Manager who has a track record of working with clients who are HNWI’s and Entrepreneurs. You would have seen and regularly dealt with a wide spectrum of US tax issues faced by professionals and high net worth individuals. This should include, OVDI, CFC’s, PFIC’s, Multi Year filers and Americans entering the Tax compliance system for the first time.
You will need to have a Bachelor’s degree and or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field. You will have technical expertise in the field of federal taxation and multi-state returns Corporations, partnerships, high net worth individuals, trusts & estates is beneficial. You will have 10-15 years of experience in taxation and public accounting. You must have an active CPA / EA license. You are an experienced leader, who envisions new opportunities and provides leadership with suggestions for positive change. Fluent in English; French and/or German is a plus but not necessary.
