I am currently recruiting for a global company who are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a completely advisory role, which focusses on international tax matters. The successful candidate will have strong experience in providing advice and solutions on tax matters to clients from various geographical jurisdictions. This role will help the successful candidate become a genuine global tax expert.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the company’s global tax position.
• Provide proactive advice on tax implications for various business initiatives, acquisitions,
and restructuring activities.
• Manage and review transfer pricing policies
• Conduct comprehensive research on international tax laws, regulations, and practices to
stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and business
development, to ensure seamless integration of tax strategies into overall business plan
• Conduct periodic training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance their
understanding of international tax matters and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with other senior leaders to contribute to the strategic planning and growth
initiatives of the tax advisory practice.
Qualifications:
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax advisory services, preferably in a
professional services or consulting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of international tax laws, regulations and transfer pricing principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing tax advice to clients from diverse geographical
regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax
issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of tax professionals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating exceptional client
service and commitment.
